O'Neill Patient Solicitors LLP offers a highly successful volume Conveyancing Services operation.
Over the last 5 years we have handled an average of 36,000 transactions per year and are consistently ranked in the top 5 Solicitors nationwide in terms of the number of applications submitted to Land Registry.
We work with a number of major banks, Estate Agents and Mortgage Intermediaries.
Service
We are renowned within the industry for our high-quality service.
Our culture is that customer service is paramount. We treat all key contacts – Clients, Lenders, Referrers and Intermediaries – as Customers, and seek to adhere to the same core service principals. We believe in communicating clearly and proactively with our Customers at all stages of their transaction. This keeps our Customers happy, and leads to reduced completion times by ensuring that all parties are ready for the next stage of the transaction.
On the panels on which we currently operate we are consistently ranked highly for customer service and speed-of-turnaround.
Technological Edge:
We are proud of the technological innovations that we have pioneered in recent years. Our Case Management System is developed extensively in-house by our experienced, skilled and dedicated development team. The system has evolved into a best-practice process flow that can be easily and quickly adapted to meet bespoke specifications.
We implement the use of automation wherever possible. This helps to ensure the scalability of our offering and allows us to increase speed-of-service, reduce error from human input, and drive efficiency. We make extensive use of "Robots" to perform a number of repetitive tasks and have integrated our systems with a large number of business customers and third parties. We are one of the first firms to integrate with the Land Registry Business Gateway and are enjoying the efficiencies that this project has delivered. We participated in early pilots of the e-Charges service and were invited to meet with the Chief Registrar to discuss our findings.
We continue to work closely with Land Registry as the available e-Services continue to grow.
